Lemon Myrtle

Origin & History

Lemon Myrtle has long been a rare find in the wild. In 1888, German Australians distilled small quantities of its essential oil near Gympie. It resurfaced briefly during World War II due to shortages of lemon essence. However, it wasn't until 1989 that native food pioneers near Byron Bay rediscovered its incredible potential as a flavoring agent and therapeutic essential oil.

  • Relaxing & sedative properties
  • Enhances concentration
  • Helps with sleep & emotional well-being
  • Removes unpleasant odors & calms noisy environments

Eucalyptus Lemon

In the early 20th century, many Australian native plants were studied for their potential, yet Rosalina was overlooked until recently. Like many Tea Tree species, this plant thrives in wetland environments.

Aromatherapy Uses

  • Uplifting & refreshing
  • Soothing & anti-depressive

Fragonia

Origin & History

One of the newest discoveries in Australian essential oils, Fragonia was only identified in the 1990s in Western Australia’s botanically diverse southwest.
